Support Manager in Sundaze Digital

Ukrainian fintech product - company Asquad.com - open Junior Support Manager position. 

 Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in technical support or customer support with basic technical understanding

• Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends (schedule agreed in advance)
• Sufficient command of Ukrainian and Russian languages (oral and written)
• English language at a level no lower than Intermediate
• Ability to formulate thoughts clearly, competently and friendly
• High level of responsibility, attention to details
• Resistance to stress, willingness to work with a large amount of information
• Understanding what technical support is or the desire to develop in this field
• Basic knowledge of online services or IT products
