About the Role

We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service during the evening shift (New York time). In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and experience in customer or technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and account-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Identify common problems and provide feedback to improve service processes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and report any technical issues to the relevant departments.
  • Assist in creating knowledge base articles and FAQs to improve customer self-service options.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Experience using support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working evening hours (5 PM – Midnight EST).
  • Basic technical knowledge or experience in IT/Tech-related fields is a plus.
