• Interaction with international teams and customers in English.

• High level of command of the English language (oral and written).
• Experience in the field of customer support from 1 year.
• The ability to quickly navigate in situations that require resolution.
• Skills in working with CRM systems or other support tools.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of technical aspects (preferred, but not required).
