- Customer consulting: Provision of detailed information about the functionality of the platform, assistance in solving technical issues, placing orders and concluding agreements
- Development conflict resolution situations: Quick and effective resolution of problems arising between freelancers and customers.
- Documentation management: Forming reports on interaction with clients, maintaining a database.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service will be an advantage: Experience in a call center, as a support manager or in other areas where communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of English (will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly and clearly presenting information, finding a common language with different people, solving conflict situations.
