PUMB Bank is looking for a responsible and ambitious manager in the bank's online branch who is ready to join our friendly team and actively contribute to the development of the bank's digital services.

Yours role: high-quality assistance to the client over the phone and fixing appeals to other departments of the bank.

We are looking for you if:

• You have higher education or final year student(full-time/part-time);
• You have work experience in customer support of 1 year or more;
• Confident PC user;
• Competent and clear language, fluency in nightingale.
