Brave1 is looking for a Support Lead who will be responsible for the efficiency, quality and development of support service processes.
places";Setting up workflow, automation and the structure of requests in Jira and Jira Service Management;
Development of regulations, instructions, templates and maintaining the relevance of the knowledge base;
Writing technical tasks for the IT department, setting and supporting tasks;
Maintaining the relevance of information on the portal and website, control correctness of data in systems;
Working with analytics to reduce repeat calls and improve service quality.
It is important for us:
Experience in a relevant position from 2 years;
English at Intermediate level and above;
Management experience or coordination of the support team and SLA control;
Confident mastery of Jira and Jira Service Management (setting up workflow, automations, reports);
Experience in writing technical tasks and interaction with the IT team;
Confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets (working with reporting, analytics, formulas);
Skills structured documentation of processes.
It will be a cool bonus:
You are sincerely driven by the topic of military technologies and you want to be tangential to the defense tech direction;
You have experience in building support "from scratch" or scaling an existing one;
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where you can influence to changes, not just following instructions;
