We are currently looking for a Support Engineer (with partial DevOps responsibilities) to ensure stable deployment and operation systems in the client's product.

Project description

This is an opportunity to work on a project of a leading fintech company specializing in the field of investments. Our team works in a structured environment, following defined processes for interaction, task handling and incident resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Be an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers: mentoring, technical support, troubleshooting complex issues (Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, file systems, virtualization).

• Support and monitoring of hybrid infrastructure (servers, Linux/Windows, Kubernetes, AWS, storage systems, backups, VMware).

• Support migration from Windows to Linux, creation of documentation, participation in infrastructure development projects.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of administrative experience Linux (RHEL/CentOS), strong troubleshooting skills.

• Practical experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).

• Knowledge of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls), storage systems (NetApp, Pure Storage).

• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef, Jenkins) and GitHub.

• Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi.

• 400">Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell).

• Knowledge of Kubernetes.

• Experience. work according to the Agile/Scrum methodology.

• The level of English is Upper-Intermediate+, communication with clients in English.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with AWS EKS, containerization.

• RHCSA/RHCE certifications.

• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Linux integration.
