Support Engineer (weekends) in Collaborator

Collaborator.pro is a marketplace for buying ads. We are looking for a person for the position of Support Engineer on weekends. We need an active and goal-oriented person.

The main task is to support new and existing customers.

Necessary and desirable skills:

• knowledge of the English language at the B2 level ;
• fluent and competent command of Ukrainian (oral and written);
• initiative, high sociability, ability to work in a team;
• responsible approach to tasks;

• the ability to maintain correspondence;
• ability to work with tables.

Job duties:

• technical customer support (chat, mail);
• provision of operational and accessible information to the customer;
• moderation of tasks;
• data processing and posting of information on the site.
