Support Engineer (L1) in Ericsson Ukraine

We invite you to join our team as a Support Engineer (L1) If you have an interest in IT and telecommunications and are looking to develop your skills, this job is for you. 
Your main task will be monitoring and maintaining the effective operation of Telecom BSS systems, as well as solving technical problems at the entry level.

Main responsibilities:

• Constant monitoring operation of equipment and services.
• Analysis of alarms and system performance.
• Escalation of unresolved issues to second-level (L2) teams, creation of requests (TT).
• li>Collaboration with other departments to ensure stable operation of the infrastructure.
• Clearing alarms for uninterrupted service operation.

• Proactive monitoring and timely notification to L2 teams.
• Quick response according to service level agreement (SLA).
• Ready to work in a flexible schedule (day, night, 2 days off).
• Teamwork and support of colleagues.

Your skills:

• Preferably have 1 year of IT operations experience (Telecom BSS experience preferred).
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT and Telecom Billing.
• Understanding of SLA concept.

• Knowledge of English at the Pre-Intermediate level.
