Proactive monitoring and alerting L2teams. Forward issues toLevel 2Team. Monitor and respond quickly asper the SLA defined inthe process. Working inshifts (day, night, 2days off). Experience ofITOperations ispreferably. Work asateam member, providing support tocolleagues asand when required. Skills Preferably 1year ofexperience inIT operations (Telecom BSS area preferred). Willingness tolearn and staying uptodate inthe IT/ Telecom Billing Domain. Understanding ofSLA (Service level Agreement) concept. English (Pre-Intermediate).
