What you will do
- Analyze the needs of internal customers, interact with technical and business teams to build effective solutions
- Research and improve the architecture of IT systems, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions to optimize performance and reliability
- Ensure chatbot and web application support, including business process logic, API integrations, external services
- Form and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, regulations and instructions
- Prepare requirements for monitoring, alerts and backup services
- Analyze incidents, eliminate service failures, provide fast and quality feedback
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, QA teams to ensure product stability and reliability
- Perform API support, troubleshoot JSON/XML, REST, WebSocket integrations
- Work with logs and metrics to identify root causes (Kibana, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, etc.)
What qualifications and experience required
- Experience in technical support/support of products (webapp/CRM) from 2 years
- Sure understanding of the principles of web applications, REST API, HTTP protocols, WebSocket
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems
- Understanding the basics of building a microservice architecture and experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenStack private clouds)
- Practical experience in DBMS administration (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Cassandra)
- Experience in Nginx/HAProxy configuration and load balancing
- Knowledge of monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Zabbix
- Skills in working with Jira, Confluence, technical documentation (preparation, review, update)
- Understanding data exchange formats: JSON, XML, knowledge of SOAP/REST
- English language - at the level of reading technical documentation
