About the team:< /strong>
The team currently has 4 specialists and team members who work on solving customer complaints and process feedback sellers of the Prom.ua marketplace. Communication with buyers and sellers takes place exclusively through correspondence in Zendesk and admin panels. The task of the team is to find the best way out of any controversial situation and to help ensure that purchases are safe.
< br style="font-weight: inherit"/>Currently, we are looking for a specialist who will join and strengthen the team. The team works for a common result, tasks are distributed evenly. The team has an atmosphere of trust, support and interchangeability. The result of the – team is quick responses in resolving disputes/handling feedback, always with a focus on quality.< /span>

Salary — stable and timely payment: rate 23500 UAH for the adaptation period, after the adaptation period + bonuses, which depend on the number of processed appeals (3,500 UAH on average).
