The company SOS CREDIT - the most convenient online service for obtaining a fast loan on a bank card is looking for a support department specialist to join its ambitious and professional team.
Responsibilities:
• Advise and support company clients;
• Record call data in program.
• Correspond with clients in the chat.
• Make calls to clients who previously used the company's services for the purpose of selling the company's products.
In order to successfully realize oneself in this position, the candidate needs:
• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language;
• Effective communication skills;
• Good diction;
• Punctuality, responsibility, stress resistance;
• Knowledge of PC.
