Your tasks will include:
- Accepting and recording appeals from company employees and partners.
- Resolving issues related to organizational and customer business processes with which store employees work (acceptance of goods, shipment of orders, etc.)
- Communication, transfer of information to other departments of the company
- Checking payments in Internet banking
- Executing client refunds
From you we expect:
- IT or technical education would be an advantage
- Experience in customer support, in technical support service (Retail, Internet providers) from 6 months
- Skills of confident work with a PC Work with 1C, experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
