Your tasks will include:

• Accepting and fixing requests from company employees and partners.
• Resolving issues related to organizational and client business processes with which store employees work (receiving goods, shipping orders etc.)
• Communication, transfer of information to other departments of the company
• Verification of payments in Internet banking
• Refunding of client funds

From you we expect:

• IT or technical education will be an advantage
• Experience in customer support, technical support (Retail, Internet providers) from 6 months
< li>Skills of confident work with a PC Work with 1C, experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
• Analytical thinking and attention to details
• Communication and the ability to understand people and communicate with different types of customers< /li>
