The company "Administrator of urban planning cadastre at the state level, DP" in the city of Kyiv is looking for a qualified support consultant.

What you will do:

We need a specialist with experience in preparing official letters that will carry out the preparation of answers to the appeals of legal entities and individuals on the functioning of such information systems as the Urban Cadastre at the state level and the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction

In the absence of official letters, it is necessary to provide users with oral consultations using the interface of the specified information systems.  

Requirement for the candidate:

Higher or unfinished higher education;

at least 1 year of work experience in official correspondence;

preferred work experience in the field of urban planning and/or construction;

preferably experience in the development and presentation of educational materials for users;

Responsibilities:

Prepare letters of response to appeals individuals and legal entities regarding the creation, administration and functioning of the Urban Cadastre at the state level and the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction

form lists of errors, suggestions and user requirements, maintain relevant documentation;

advise system users via e-mail, telephone, chatbot, online and offline meetings.

Prepare answers to users' frequent questions to upload them to the FAQ section;

Prepare educational trainings and seminars for the use of the Urban Cadastre at the state level (system users);

Set tasks for developers to finalize the functionality, monitor their implementation in accordance with regulatory and legal acts and the technical task
