Support Chat Manager (not remote) in GERC

We are looking for a communicative specialist to provide quality support to our partners in online chat, who will become part of our support team and help partners solve work issues in the chat.

What will you do? do:

• Communicate with customers in the online chat mode (not cold sales, only business inquiries);
• Give clear answers to inquiries about our services;
• Enter data into the system, record inquiries;
• Help quickly and humanely.
