Support analyst of the CRM system

Task positions:

• Participation in building a business process automation strategy. Implementation of business processes (ERP) system.
• Analysis of business processes in the system, optimization of the operation of BP.
• Organization of the work of employees in CRM. Support for users of the CRM system. (Odoo) -style: normal; font-weight: 400">Our Requirements for a future colleague:
  • 2 years of experience as a support/manager/analyst in automation.
  • Experience with ERP projects (Bitrix, Odoo...) will be an advantage.
  • Communication skills: be able to identify requirements for automation, hear the "pains" of employees, provide technical support. The ability to explain information in an accessible manner.
  • Analytical abilities, understanding of the functioning of business processes.
  • Proficiency in programs: PowerPoint (or modern analogues: Miro, etc.), Word, Excel. Knowledge of the ERP system and related systems. Telegram bots etc are a plus.
  • Get ready for a groove and new challenges.
