We are looking for a Support Agent with:

Hard Skills

• English, English, English
• Strong technical background & vocabulary
• Understanding desktop and mobile OS’s
• Excellent communication

Soft Skills

• Self-motivation to learn new technical stuff
• Ability to work independently
• Patience in problem solving
• Respect for clients and teammates
• Positive mindset

Bonus Skills

• Additional languages
• Experience in the same or related field
• Hardcore PC/Mac user
• Helpdesks
• Fluency with AI prompts (when needed)

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage asynchronous support tickets
• Engage in live chats
• Educate users through resolving issues related to our digital products
• Expand our (and your own) knowledgebase
• Communicate with our engineers, marketing, and design teams
• Respond to our users and clients on multiple platforms like YouTube, App Stores, reddit, etc.
