Support Agent (Education Platform) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international food IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for Support Agent in one of the businesses.

Brighterly is a startup building an online math school for children in English-speaking countries. We are already among the top 10 educational platforms for online math tutoring in the US market!

During the 3 years of the project's existence, we:
— Reached the mark of 13,000+ lessons/month. We started with 3 tutors, and now there are 300+;
— Collected a team of 60 professionals;
— Built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.

Main calls for the position of Support Agent:
— Live chat with by customers and tutors: solving online requests during a shift;
— Ticket processing: reviewing appeals and finding solutions;
— Proactive calls: contacting customers to resolve problematic issues;
— Matching: Selection of a relevant tutor on the platform depending on the client's needs.

Support Agent role is a cool opportunity to be key a link between customers and the platform, to quickly solve problems and create a positive learning experience.

Work schedule: evening / night shifts (between 4:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. Kyiv time)

What is important to us:
— Experience in support/customer service (Western markets) or a desire to make a "switch" in IT (experience in communicating with new people);
— Willingness to communicate in English both in chats and on the phone (advanced level)
— Multitasking, quick adaptation and attention to details

Would be a plus:experience with CRM, Desk-systems and Omnichannel.

Support in Brighterly is:
— 14 agents divided into 2 teams, each with its own team lead (you will be part of one of the teams);
