We are looking for an attentive and communicative specialist to work with client requests. The main task is to process emails and chat messages from customers. For effective work, a modern tool is used - GPT chat, which helps to quickly and efficiently find answers to customer questions.

• Language skills: Multiple languages ​​will be an advantage.
• Experience with translation systems:Ability to effectively use different language translation systems.
• Customer Orientation:Ability to maintain a high level of service clients, regardless of the complexity of the issue.
• Flexibility:Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including night shifts.

What will be included in your duties:

• Processing chats and emails from customers: Respond to customer inquiries from all over the world using different language translation systems.
• Quality provision of information:Provide accurate and complete answers to all customer questions, adhering to company standards.
• Customer orientation:Show understanding and care for customers, help solve their questions and problems.
