We are looking for a motivated professional to join our support team! 

• Consulting and supporting customers on moderation issues, transaction statuses, reasons for rejection, etc.;
• Carrying out moderation and identification of sellers (help and recommendations);
• Identifying and solving problems with transactions;
• Communication with departments and payment solution providers;
• Daily submission of application reports.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Possess In English at the Pre-Intermediate level.
• Have a desire to learn and develop in Fintech (experience with large volumes of data is an advantage)
• Know Excel at a basic/intermediate level (we will teach advanced features);
