We are looking for Support Agent to work in iGaming. The main task is to provide high-quality user support.
Duties:
Processing and solving incoming requests through various communication channels: tickets, chats, calls (in Ukrainian and English).
Following internal rules and compliance with KPIs.
Communication with other departments, case escalation.
Documentation.
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a support agent.
Experience in iGaming from 6 months.
Ukrainian: fluent (written and spoken).
English Upper-Intermediate and above (written and spoken).
Willingness to shift work schedule (morning/day/night).
High communication skills, ability to make decisions. span>
