We are looking for a Support Agent to work in iGaming. The main task is to provide high-quality user support.
Duties:
Processing and resolving incoming requests through various communication channels: tickets, chats, calls (in Ukrainian and English).< /span>
Compliance with internal rules.
Communication with other departments, escalation of cases.

Requirements:
2 years of experience as a support agent.
Experience in iGaming from 6 months.
Ukrainian: fluent (written and spoken).
English Upper-Intermediate and above (written and spoken).
Willingness to shift work schedule (morning/day/night).
High communication skills, ability to make decisions.
Experience in Freshdesk/Zendesk ticket systems.
Terms of use:
Work format: only FrPhys.
Variable hours (morning 6:00-14:00, afternoon 14:00-22:00, night 22:00-6:00). /span>
Hourly rate.
