We are looking for a Supply Manager which will help to ensure uninterrupted operation with the supply of equipment and materials for our projects.

What we will entrust you with:

• Processing of applications for the purchase of equipment and materials for the preparation and implementation of projects.

• Creating purchase requests in the Procurement system.

• Coordination of requests from internal customers.

• Organization and control of payment to suppliers.
  Maintenance of a complete document flow to support purchases.

• Ensuring timely delivery to warehouse or construction sites.

• Preparation of internal documents to control the movement of materials within projects.

• Interaction with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues (complaints, returns, tax invoices).

• Display of purchasing processes in SAP.

What we expect from you:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Higher technical education.

• Proficiency in office programs (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and the SAP system is desirable.

• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers 

• Experience of working with foreign economic activity (FET) and knowledge of English at the Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
