We invite you to theSupply Manager

We are looking for a person who has:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Work skills in 1C, word, excel (experience with APS and SAP will be an advantage)
• Skills of supporting the contractual and negotiation process;
• Knows the market of production equipment, tools and materials (will be an advantage);
• Experience in managing tender processes;
• Excellent communication skills. Responsibility and focus on the result.

Your duties will include :

• Provision of the enterprise with materials, equipment, spare parts, other technical means. Ensuring that relevant supporting documents are available and correct.
• Negotiations with suppliers. Ability to reach deals beneficial to the company. Preparation of draft contracts. Ensuring compliance with the terms of contracts.
• Monitoring prices for materials, equipment, spare parts, other technical materials. Analysis of proposals and selection of the best option.
• Conducting electronic tenders.
• Establishment and maintenance of proper communications with adjacent divisions.
