Supply & Logistics Manager (agricultural sector) in Staff Service

Our partner, a leading international company (agricultural industry), announces a competition for the position ofSupply &Logistics Manager .

Functional duties:

• Ensuring a closed cycle of product delivery from purchase to shipment to client

• Setting up the nomenclature in two accounting systems 1C and SBO

• Creating orders and accepting goods for accounting in 1C and SBO< /p> their subsequent shipment with process participants

• Processing and calculation of applications for transportation and shipment in CRM systems

• Creation and processing of applications for transportation in the accounting systems of the company 1C and SBO/SAP: incoming documents, movement, delivery to customers closing

• Communication with transport service providers, forwarders, warehouses and internal / external customers

• Ensuring and controlling the availability of all original documents , necessary for accounting for transport and warehouse logistics

• Control of payables to suppliers of warehouse and transport services

• Coordination of the work of regional warehouses

• Participation in the organization and conduct of quarterly inventories of regional warehouses

• Collection and processing of information to generate reports

• Interaction with other divisions of the company

• Maintenance of document circulation in the electronic version and quality control of documents

• Ensuring availability a complete package of originals for each delivery

• Provision of all necessary documents at auditors' requests

Requirements:

• higher education

• work experience in product procurement, transport and warehouse logistics from 1 year (in the agricultural direction, the direction of work with Fertilizers and distribution / distribution logistics)

• knowledge of the requirements of legislation in the field of ground transportation

• knowledge of INCOTERMS

• experience in transportation both by the company's own transport and by forwarding / transport companies

• experience with TMS systems and tender platforms (S2B or others)

• confident user of Excel, Outlook, Word

• < p>experience in 1C and SAP/SBO will be an advantage

• willingness to work overtime during periods of peak loads

• result orientation , stress resistance, the ability to prioritize work

• the ability to work efficiently and accurately with documents, minimizing errors

• the ability to find a common language with colleagues, partners and clients
