Supply Chain Manager in Rozhanska, FOP

Our client - a risk management services company, operates in both the UK and Ukrainian markets. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to develop and oversee supply chain processes, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the company’s supply chain strategy to align with business goals.
• Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Evaluate and report on KPIs to monitor performance.
• Ensure smooth logistics operations and maintain accurate supply chain records.
• Train and guide employees to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Identify cost-effective solutions for improving supply chain processes.
• Address and resolve any issues, such as delivery delays or accidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated business strategies.
• Develop and implement safety guidelines for all supply chain activities (e.g. trucks, forklifts, etc.).
• Ensure that all supply chain processes meet legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP MM).
• Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
