We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager in an international company that provides demining services and also manufactures demining machines. 

The main office is located in Switzerland, in Ukraine the office is in the center of Kyiv (full-time, 9-18.00). 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and continuous support of the supply chain organization and its processes on site.

  • Manage operational activities in warehouse, procurement and manufacturing/equipment repair.

  • Lead and mentor the above teams.

  • Acting as a local demand planner to head office.

  • Responsible for achieving regional service levels for assigned product groups.

  • Tracking regional notifications and cooperation with regional demand planners.

  • Participation in the formation of the appropriate planning strategy (MTO/ MTS/ ATO) for the entire product portfolio.

  • Cooperation with head office supply chain teams to optimize the distribution network.

  • Responsible for inventory and warehouse management.

  • < p>Management of physical delivery and distribution of intermediate and finished products on site, as well as to the customer and from/to the distribution center.

  • Implementation, management and organization of monthly S&OP meetings.

  • Local database support for planning, procurement, warehousing and production.

  • Data analysis: collection, analysis and interpretation of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Control of tasks for internal and external reporting and control of demand and supply of materials (planning, basic data of insurance stock).

  • Responsible for logistics requirements (storage, packaging, labeling and documentation).

  • Optimization of processes: recommending strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with various departments to implement supply chain, improve and ensure aligned strategies across the organization.

  • Project Management: Participate in or manage cross-functional projects leading to supply chain optimization.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager in warehouse and manufacturing environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, etc.

  • Extensive experience as a regional or global planner in industry, ideally in the automotive industry.

  • Experience implementing and supporting planning processes demand and production planning.

  • APICS CPIM qualification.

  • Affinity with integrated ERP solutions

  • Data management experience in SAP or other ERP.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

  • English – B2 and higher, Ukrainian – fluent, German – will be a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail, adaptability to a dynamic environment

  • Analytical skills.
