Main duties:

· Implementation of the sales plan and other approved business indicators within its territory

· Formation of plans for the development of the territory and customers within the framework of the company's standards

· Team selection, adaptation, assessment and development

· Conducting marketing activities

· Control of receivables

· Regular reporting according to the rules established by the company

Requirements:

· Work experience in FMCG companies as a supervisor from 2 years

· Successful team management experience

· Experience in conducting negotiations, communication skills

· Experience in supporting long-term partnerships with clients

· Analytical abilities, responsibility and self-organization

· The presence of a car is mandatory.
