We are currently inviting a Sales Department Supervisor to join the team!

  Your future responsibilities:
• Control and evaluation of operators for the fulfillment of service standards
• Preparation of reports on team indicators
• Supporting the adaptation of new operators
• Training operators
• Compilation and control of schedules for going to work based on the balance of lines
• Resolving technical issues and non-standard, conflict situations
• System information about news, changes, priorities in the company, division, group and job responsibilities
• Compilation and control of vacation schedules of Department employees
• Control of line loading and actions related to it adjustment 
  
  What is needed to join us:
• Knowledge of the Russian language: fluent (work for the Kazakhstan market, we do not work with the Russian Federation and Belarus!!!)
• Knowledge of the management cycle: experience in management will be a plusKnowledge of stages and sales techniques: experience in a call center will be a plus
• Communication skills: the ability to explain in simple language, convey an opinion, argue, convince
• Fluency in PC and office programs. 
• Technical support: stable internet, headset, laptop or PC
