Supervisor / BTL project manager in Adsapience

Hello, we are an advertising agencyAdsapience.  We are currently looking for a Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team > BTL project with experience in HoReCa or FMCG.

It will be useful if you:

• Do you have experience in the position supervisor in the direction of HoReCa/FMCG or  AM/PM in advertising agencies;

• You know how to prepare calculations, presentations, reports, formation of information, budgets;

• Do you have experience in forming KPIs and organizing the work of personnel: promoters, hosts, secret shoppers, technicians, models, supervisors, etc.;

• You have experience in implementing various types of projects - events, promotions, festivals, etc.;

• Do you have experience in authorization (conference halls, non-standard locations (parks, city locations);

• Know the personnel market: be able to select and coordinate field personnel .

What will you do?< /span>

• Communicate with the Client, Personnel, Contractors;

• Work with documentation: budgets, presentations, reports;

• Control logistics and project materials;

• To comprehensively coordinate the project (from taking the brief to its implementation), to process requests from the Client.
