Today our Kyiv regional division needs a Supervisor in the direction of zoos - veterinary drugs, feed, ammunition for pets.

What will need to be done?

• Strategic planning with of business development in the entrusted territories (right bank);
• Development of a strategy to promote new brands and increase sales of planned sales indicators;
• Managing the sales team (organization, control, training);
• Forecasting and planning the work of the sales department;
• Execution of qualitative and quantitative distribution indicators in the assigned territory
• connection and activation of new customers;
• Control of customer receivables;
• Conducting negotiations with key customers, connecting network channels of sales;
• Timely submission of reports.

• Full/partial higher education;
• Experience in veterinary medicine, veterinary education (preferred);
• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year, we will consider candidates with no experience of working as a Supervisor, if there is experience of working with pet products, as a sales representative;
• Experience in the organization and implementation of sales systems in practice;
• Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, mail, Internet), etc.;
• Own car.
