Task:

• Quality control of the work of lidogenerators and clouses

• Control of activity volume (consultation, testing, casting records)

• Checking the correctness Communication

• Analysis of errors and mini-training

• Identify inefficient staff and initiate their replacement

• participation in the selection and training commands

requirements for the candidate:

• Experience Supervisor, Coordinator or Sales/Recrution Team

• Quality Quality Skills Bitrix24)

• Ability to develop, adjust and implement scripts of work with candidates
