1. Head of a group of managers (Supervisor of merchandisers) Kyiv Region

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment;
• Field training of personnel, training for the team;
• Controlling the work of personnel in TT;
• Organizing teamwork, holding meetings;
• Motivating personnel;
• Conducting weekly reporting;
• Performance of current additional tasks;
• 80% of working time is work in the fields.

Requirements:

• Experience of managing a team of up to 12 people;
• Experience of working as a supervisor of merchandisers from 1 year (field of sales, promotion);
• Knowledge is desirable work specifics of various national networks;
• Responsibility, focus, perseverance, result orientation, stress resistance;
• Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.) at the user level;
• Availability of a car (expected fuel compensation) for the Head of the group of managers in the Kyiv region; for the Head of the Group of Managers in Kyiv, a car is not mandatory;
• Military ticket for men
