• Ensuring high-quality implementation of projects in a rapidly changing environment, such as: formation of routes for dynamic needs, ability to organize the work of merchandisers with different forms of functionality (mixed merchandising, exclusive)
• Team management merchandisers, setting goals and monitoring their implementation
• Participation in selection, adaptation of new personnel, development and motivation of the existing team.
• Conducting field audits.

Personal qualities:

• Experience of managing a team from 1 year.
• Leadership qualities, high level of responsibility, organization, honesty.
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation.
• A sufficient level of Excel user.
