The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), war victims, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. Since the beginning of the military conflict in Eastern Ukraine, the Fund has been monitoring the situation of IDP rights protection, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Today, the Fund works in almost all regional centers and communities within the respective regions.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The position will operate within the project"Continuing and ensuring the protection of vulnerable groups during the transition from humanitarian aid to long-term solutions" span>the purpose of which is to help the vulnerable population of Chernihiv and Sumy regions through the provision of humanitarian protection services, strengthening of national protection systems and local service providers through the implementation of the capacity development program. span>
Goal of the project – to provide assistance in the field of protection to the vulnerable population (IDPs, local residents and returnees) of Chernihiv and Sumy regions in order to eliminate risks to their physical safety and well-being, as well as to ensure their access to basic services, protection of legal rights and human rights through the implementation of protection measures aimed at strengthening national protection systems and strengthening the capacity of service providers and the communities themselves.
Within the framework of this project, the activity of MHPSS supervisors is aimed at strengthening the potential of workers of emergency services, government agencies and other first-line employees who are emotionally affected or stressed by their daily work. According to the plan of this MHPSS project, supervisors deploy activities face-to-face in the city of Sumy (Sumy region).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform supervisory support of first-line providers of state and volunteer organizations. Contribute to the improvement of the work of: psychologists, social workers, teachers or other service specialists in communities.
Lead response groups and burnout workshops.
Conduct individual supervision meetings or case analysis meetings.
Conduct trainings in communities according to the programs we have. Participate in the addition and improvement of these programs.
Maintenance and timely submission of reports, in accordance with the requirements of the fund.
Participation in external events related to the direction of supervision.
Representation of the fund at thematic representative events as needed.
Understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Higher education in the field of psychological, social or humanitarian sciences.
Completed certified psychotherapy training in one or more methods.
Completed certified training in psychological practice supervision.
Completed psychiatry propaedeutics course.
Completed crisis counseling training.
Coaching Court Skills, Facilitation or Group Course-will be an advantage.
Experience of Restoration Groups or Psychotherapeutic Groups-will be an advantage. span>
