Your tasks
Customer support: WOCHARE VIDEO calls with our customers to analyze their progress and strategy development (approx. 2 calls per week). Supervision of our customers by text messages during the entire working week.Community management: Moderation of our WhatsApp groups and support in the creation of new training materials. Profile
? at least 6 months experience in e-commerce, ideally with Shopify.
? Experience with performance marketing (e.g. Facebook ads) and content creation is a big? Es Plus.
