A beauty studio in Obolon is looking for an administrator in its team.

Requirements:

• Communicative, responsible, attentive to details, polite.
• Confident user of PC, mobile editors and iOS (iPhone) programs.
• Competent written and oral communication.
• Pleasant appearance.
• No bad habits. 
• Ability to take good photos/videos.

We are looking for a positive , a friendly, responsible girl to work as an administrator in a beauty salon:)

Responsibilities:

• consulting clients regarding studio services procedures;
• consulting on studio courses and registration for training;
• customer settlement (cash/non-cash);
• meeting and accompanying customers, providing service;
• maintaining Instagram (stories), development and processing of content (photos/videos);
• monitoring the work of the cleaner and maintaining cleanliness in the salon;
• completing reports in excel;
• control of the availability of materials/expendables and the purchase of the necessary;
• finding a common language with clients in case of non-standard situations;
• fulfilling the manager's work assignments studios.
