Join us as an IT Support Engineer working student in Lviv!In your new role you will:Install/reinstall and support of Windows/Linux/macOS operating systems on desktop and laptop computers as needed, ensuring proper configuration and functionalityFirst point of contact for hardware (Laptops, PCs, Printers, etc.) and software troubleshooting queriesProvide remote and on-site technical support to usersParticipate in onboarding and dismissal process to provide and revoke accesses for employeesMaintain and setup the office network infrastructure (LAN/Video surveillance/Access control system) and videoconference systemDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesStock management and office equipment supportingYou are a team player with great communication and organizational skills. You have a proactive mindset and good problem-solving skills.
