- Experience in the management of projects and teams of 2 years;
- Ability to work with stakeholders of different levels, including C-Lelvel;
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Kanban; skills;
- Ability to work with deadlines and control the quality of the result;
- confident ownership of planning tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, Coda, etc.); situations.
