Strong Junior / Middle Recruiter in Performa HR-Agency

Performa is an international recruiting agency specializing in the selection of top talent for leading companies in the fields of iGaming, IT and Marketing. We help businesses grow and candidates find a role in which they can fulfill their potential.
 
We are currently looking for a Strong Junior / Middle Recruiter to strengthen the team and achieve new results together. We need a person who really loves recruiting, knows how to find non-standard approaches and enjoys communicating with people.

Your tasks:

• creating job descriptions based on the brief;
• active search and attraction of relevant candidates;
• screening resumes and conducting initial online interviews;
• assessing candidates' competencies and soft skills;
• entering candidates into the database with full comments/recommendations;
• conducting communication with candidates and forming an internal pool;
• providing quality feedback to candidates.
   

Our expectations from you:

• experience in recruiting from 1 year (IT or iGaming - will be a plus);
• experience of independent management of vacancies - from application to offer;
• ability to write interesting and "live" descriptions of vacancies;
• strong communication skills and the ability to interest candidates;
• systematic, responsible and quality time management;
• ease in communication + sense of humor;
• English level - Upper-Intermediate and above.
