Position Summary We are seeking a Strategy Analyst/Manager to work across key areas, including strategic planning and modeling, driving strategic initiatives, securing funding from IFIs and ECAs, and supporting M&A and joint venture projects.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Participation: Engage in the development of strategic scenarios, including comprehensive business and market assessments.Business Case Development: Create detailed business cases and provide investment recommendations. Financial Modeling: Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and factor analysis to inform decision-making. Industry Analysis: Monitor global industry trends and competitive landscapes, and forecast macroeconomic and market indicators. Project Support : Assist in the implementation of operational projects aligned with strategic goals. Information Gathering: Collect and analyze relevant data, prepare information requests, and participate in negotiations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration across commercial, technical, and financial teams to facilitate strategic decision-making. Lead communication within projects involving IFIs and ECAs, and support communication and execution for M&A and joint venture initiatives. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in roles such as Corporate Finance Analyst, Strategy Consultant, Investment Analyst, Management Consultant (Big 4), or Corporate Development Manager. Experience in the oil and gas sector or heavy industry is advantageous. Background in strategic consulting, investment banking, or consulting with Big 4 firms is highly valued. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (e.g., Excel), and presentation tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal) is advantageous.
