Strategy analyst in KERNEL

Kernel is looking for an analyst who thinks strategically, works with data systematically and knows how to see the meaning behind numbers.
This is a role for those who want to be closer to decision-making - work on analytical requests of management, research markets, test hypotheses and help shape the company's strategy.

What to do:

• will perform ad hoc analytical CEO and top team requests;
• analyze business processes, trends, performance indicators;
• create dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI;
• form conclusions and recommendations that influence company decisions;
• participate in strategic and project initiatives.

Expected experience:

• 2+ years of experience in business, strategic or operational analytics;
• ability to work with large data sets, Excel, Power BI, ERP;
• system thinking, proactivity, attention to detail;
• English is intermediate or above.
