Your tasks

• Research of the pharmaceutical market and the healthcare ecosystem

• Analysis of customer behavior and needs of all market participants

• Formation and verification of hypotheses for the launch of new products based on data and insights

• Preparation of TK for the search and creation of new products

• Creation of financial models (P&L, cash flow) and marketing plans

• Update of financial models and marketing plans before launches

Who we are we are looking for

• Experience of 1 year in a similar position

• Higher medical or pharmaceutical education

• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and the economics of pharmaceutical products

• Understanding Ukrainian and international pharmaceutical business processes

• Ability to create and maintain financial models and marketing plans

• Strategic thinking and customer experience research skills

• Confident work with open and closed sources of information

Soft skills

• Customer orientation and team interaction

• Ability to work in conditions of change and adapt approaches

• Strategic thinking and vision product perspectives
