Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Finance Analyst who not only works with data, but also deeply understands the company's financial indicators: income, expenses, profitability, unit economics. You will work closely with the finance department and product teams to help make informed decisions that directly impact the business.

Why is this important?
We want analytics and product business logic to be inextricably linked. Such a "bridge" between the product and finance allows you to see not only user behavior, but also its financial consequences - what is profitable to scale, where to optimize and what decisions affect profitability.

About you:

• you have at least 4 years of work with data analysis: SQL, BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar)
• you understand financial analytics: unit economics, income/expenses, CLV/LTV, CAC, basic business metrics
• you can not only analyze data, but translate it into business impulses: draw conclusions, hypotheses, recommendations
• have proof of ownership analytical infrastructure: ETL processes, integrations, working with different data sources
• you can work with several stakeholders (finance, product, business), clearly formulate questions and present results
• think critically, notice important nuances and feel confident in working with large and diverse data

We trust you should:

• collect, process and analyze data from various sources: product, financial, marketing, transactional
• create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for financial and product metrics: revenue, LTV/CLV, CAC, unit economics, retention, churn etc.
• analyze trends, anomalies and bottlenecks, find opportunities for optimization and identify risks
• develop analytical infrastructure: ETL, data schemas, integrations, data quality standards
• collaborate with finance and product: define metrics, make analytical recommendations, assist in financial and product projects
