The vacancy "Store manager" is open in our store in Kryvyi Rih. We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for the effective management of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and achieving sales goals.

Tasks:

- Managing the store, ensuring the efficient functioning of all its divisions ;

- Coordination and training of personnel, ensuring a high level of professional competence;

- Implementation of control over the preservation of goods, execution of orders and procedures;

- Planning and control stock of goods;

- Analysis of the market and competitors, development and implementation of marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;

- Higher education, preferably in economics, management or trade;

- Excellent leadership and communication skills;

- Ability to work in a team and manage personnel;

- Knowledge of the retail market and marketing;

- High responsibility, stress resistance and result-oriented.
