Currently, we have already opened more than 450 stores in Ukraine. We are announcing a competition for the position of store manager.

Your tasks will be:

• organization of work store
• implementation of the defined sales plan and other KPIs
• team building and motivation
• work with the product based on sales results and VM standards
• coordination and control of settlement - cash operations
• pleasant and professional customer service

We are looking for you if:

• you have experience from 1 year of team management
• must have retail experience in an administrative position
• motivate others and achieve goals
• know VM standards
• have a computer at the level of an experienced user
• willing to travel for a training period
