Requirements< b style="font-weight: 700">:

• Experience in a managerial position in retail trade from 2 years
• Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and create a favorable atmosphere in the team
• High responsibility and result-oriented
• Mandatory knowledge English, Polish will be an advantage.

Duties:

• Coordinating the daily operation of the store, ensuring efficiency and quality of customer service
• Managing a team of employees, including recruiting, training and motivating staff
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards company and security procedures.
• Planning and organization of promotions, promotions and other activities to increase sales and attract new customers
• Implementation analysis of sales and other key indicators, development and implementation of strategies to improve results
