What is required for the position? 

• Higher education

• Experience in managing personnel (from 10 people), preferably in retail networks. 

• Basic PC knowledge (ability to use Word, Excel, email). 

• Executing the store's sales plan. 

• The ability to analyze the economic performance indicators of the store, as well as the ability to improve them. 

We are looking for a manager who can motivate, inspire and train our own staff!

Job Duties:

• Ensuring quality customer service; 

• Selection, motivation and training of store staff; 

• Planning, control and analysis of all trading and organizational processes of the store. 

Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 2 weekends
